John Krebs

John Krebs serves as Chief Privacy Officer, where he is responsible for overseeing the organization’s privacy governance, data protection strategy, and compliance with applicable privacy and data security laws and regulations. In this role, he develops and implements policies and procedures designed to safeguard personal information and ensure responsible data collection, use, storage, and sharing practices.

As Chief Privacy Officer, Mr. Krebs provides strategic leadership on privacy risk management and advises senior leadership on emerging privacy issues, regulatory requirements, and best practices. He works closely with legal, information security, compliance, and operational teams to integrate privacy-by-design principles across systems, products, and business processes. His responsibilities include monitoring compliance with federal and state privacy laws, responding to regulatory inquiries, and overseeing privacy impact assessments.

In addition, John Krebs leads privacy training and awareness initiatives, manages incident response related to data privacy matters, and supports transparency and accountability in the organization’s data practices. Through his leadership, he helps ensure that privacy protections are maintained while enabling the organization to carry out its mission in a manner that respects consumer rights and regulatory expectations.
